New Year's Resolution Support
Every year we make new year's resolutions and then we are challenged to find a way to keep them. Below we've compiled a list of the most common new year's resolutions and provided you with the programs and resources we have available to help you meet your 2013 goals.
Lose Weight, Get Fit and Eat Healthier
Losing weight can be challenging on your own. Consider joining GW's Weight Watchers at Work program to get the support you need. Also check out our Eat Well Guide for tips on nutrition, grocery shopping, and eating out.
Need to exercise more? GW's Lerner Health and Wellness Center offers special membership options for GW faculty and staff on the Foggy Bottom campus. Or join Washington Sports Club and take advantage of a special GW discount at a club in your preferred location.
GW has partnered with Alere Wellbeing's Quit for Life program to
offer free telephonic coaching and up to 8 weeks of over the counter nicotine
replacement therapy (patch or gum) at no cost to you. This benefit is available to all GW employees and household members
whether or not you participate in UnitedHealthcare medical plans.

Plus, the LifeCare web site provides financial content, webinars, and interactive calculators to help you budget and save for everyday expenses and major life events. Employees can also log on to the web site to access discounts on brand-name products and services nationwide via the Discount Center.
Spend More Time with Family
