Need to exercise more? GW's Lerner Health and Wellness Center offers special membership options for GW faculty and staff on the Foggy Bottom campus. Or join Washington Sports Club and take advantage of a special GW discount at a club in your preferred location.
GW has partnered with Alere Wellbeing's Quit for Life program to offer free telephonic coaching and up to 8 weeks of over the counter nicotine replacement therapy (patch or gum) at no cost to you. This benefit is available to all GW employees and household members whether or not you participate in UnitedHealthcare medical plans.

GW's Work-Life Resource and Referral Service, LifeCare, provides a variety of resources to save you money and help with financial issues. LifeCare can connect you with financial counselors who will provide you with up to three free 30-minute telephonic consultations per year to assist with budgeting, credit/debt counseling, dispute with creditors, collections, repossession, liens, foreclosure, bankruptcy, credit repair, and debt consolidation.
Plus, the LifeCare web site provides financial content, webinars, and interactive calculators to help you budget and save for everyday expenses and major life events. Employees can also log on to the web site to access discounts on brand-name products and services nationwide via the Discount Center.
