A committee will do everything
associated with the event including contacting any speakers/performers
for the event, talking to Event Planners (if needed), scheduling and
coordinating volunteers for the event who needs to bring what, people
to set up, break down
Committee will coordinate

DETAILS
For any food
at the event - talk to the Food Service Coordinators about filling
out the appropriate food waivers.
