The goals of the ZOA Campus Activism Network Israel trip are:

  • To learn about the rich Jewish history that is connected to the Land of Israel

  • To meet and network with student leaders from universities across the US

  • To see many of the Jewish holy and historic sites that are in Israel

  • To be briefed by and dialogue with Israeli officials, including IDF members and diplomats

  • To learn about pro-Israel campus activism and to implement programs upon return

  • To brainstorm programming ideas and coordinate efforts with other participants

  • To take part in volunteer activities and to return with ideas on how to help Israel

 MASA Long-Term Trip for Young Adults:

 

Please check out this website for MASA, the new partnership between the government of Israel and the Jewish Agency. It is the Gateway to long term programs for Jewish young adults ages 18-30. MASA enables Jewish young adults to spend a semester or a year in Israel in one of over 100 approved programs. Scholarships are available for these long term program.

Betar/Tagar Winter Tour to Israel:

 The 2005/2006 Betar/Tagar winter tour to Israel will depart on December 21, 2005 and return January 3, 2006 (tickets may be extended).

  Kibbutz Experience for College Students:

Want a real Israeli experience? Join other University students and volunteer on Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu (near Beit She'an, just below the Kinneret) THIS winter break. This is a religious kibbutz that observes Shabbat and keeps kosher.

Israel Aliyah and Programs Center's December Pilot Trip to Israel:

This is an opportunity to visit Israeli universities and get information about the master degrees programs in Isarel. This program includes five nights in a youth hostel, meals, transportation, lectures and meetings with univsity students and professors, etc.

Cost: 50 USD + plane tickets to Israel
