Director
Richard Green is Director of the Center for Washington Area Studies at GWU. He is also a professor of real estate, finance and economics at the George Washington University. His areas of expertise include real estate, housing markets, housing policy, tax policy, and home ownership issues. He serves as the Second Vice President of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the Center for Housing Policy.
