Flood Warning D.C. Metropolitan Area Effective Until 3:45 p.m. Today

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood WARNING for urban areas in the District of Columbia and surrounding jurisdictions effective until 3:45 p.m.

Additional heavy rains are expected this morning.  Already saturated grounds and excessive runoff have resulted in ponding of water in urban areas, including some roadways.

Any flooding on campus and/or in university facilities should immediately be reported.
