The pouring of concrete for the building's foundation and the below and above grade structure requires temporary modifications to the existing pedestrian and traffic flows around Square 54.  Changes include removal of parking spaces, relocation of a bus stop, and traffic lane modifications on 22nd, 23rd, and Eye Streets.  These temporary changes may last up to one year.
