The Department of State Harry S. Truman Building, located at 2201 C. St. NW, Washington, D.C., will be having a building evacuation drill on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, at 10 a.m. The State Department will have uniformed guards assisting personnel to their respective assembly points located throughout the Foggy Bottom area.
