Incident: Five burglaries in four rooms took place today in the Ivory Tower residence hall. In each case students’ left the doors to their rooms open. The suspect entered rooms asking if “Erica” or “Angelica” lived there. The occupants of the rooms later noticed laptops missing from the rooms.

Suspect Description: #1 Black Female 5-3 to 5-4 in height, thin build, curly black hair, gray sweater, wearing reading glasses and carrying a white shoulder bag. #2 Black Female 5-7 heavy build black jacket, black t-shirt, dark green pants, long black hair.

Location: Ivory Tower – 10th, 8th 7th and 5th floors

Action: Students should lock their doors when they leave, and consider locking the doors even when in the room. Students should call GWPD at 202-994-6111 and report strangers who come into rooms and ask for someone who does not live there. 

Status: Theses cases remain unsolved and the suspect has not been caught. MPD and GWPD continue to search for the suspect. If you see anyone matching this description immediately call GWPD at 202-994-6111.
