Elliot Roseman
Associate Professorial Lecturer - Worldwide Energy Challenges

Vice President, ICF International
Mr. Roseman is a Vice President with ICF International, and has been a senior advisor in the energy industry for more than 25 years.
Mr. Roseman has managed numerous projects worldwide for private and public utilities, regulators and government officials, independent power developers, and multi-lateral institutions, including the assessment from an energy markets perspective of over 60 countries. He has carried out substantial work in power generation, fuels markets, environmental regulation, energy legislation and transmission, and is an expert in strategic planning, industry restructuring, market dynamics and competitor analysis. He works actively with clients to evaluate opportunities, implement “best practices”, analyze markets, develop regulatory and business implementation plans, and assess transactions. Mr. Roseman speaks frequently at energy conferences, has authored over 50 articles, and is widely quoted in industry journals.
He has been an adjunct professor in the GSPM for the past two years, where he teaches a course on “Worldwide Energy Challenges”. He received a BA in Economics from Yale University (1976), an MBA from Stanford University (1980), and an MS degree (Engineering-Economic Systems) from Stanford University (1980).
