Rafael Bejar
Associate Professorial Lecturer - Congress and the Politics of Ethnicity/Race (PSC 286.4)

An Adjunct Professor with the Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM) at the George Washington University, Rafael teaches race and ethnic politics and is himself an alumnus of the GSPM program.
The former Director of Hispanic Coalitions for the Republican National Committee, Rafael has his own political consulting and government relations firm, Opinion Makers International, LLC. Aside from working numerous domestic political campaigns on the federal, state and local levels in the United States, Rafael has campaigned or taught political seminars in various countries in Latin America, Asia and Africa including: Argentina, Mexico, Nicaragua, Indonesia and Equatorial Guinea. His specialties include: strategy and message development, direct mail and grassroots campaigning.
