COMMUNITY
SERVICE UPDATE
Community service is a great way to become more connected with your community, other volunteers, and fellow GW students. It is important for the DC community to see the Elliot School graduate students as active members of the community and a great way to do that is through community service.
There are so many volunteer opportunities available throughout the city. You can participate in any of the student service organizations, GW events, DC volunteer Days or use Volunteer Match to find service opportunities that fit your interests. Additionally, GSF will be scheduling community service events of it’s own throughout the year and we will be sure to let our members know about these great opportunities. Also, we welcome any suggestions for activities you would like to participate in!
