This is the first of the etched battle scenes executed by Wright during his apprenticeship at Hayter's Atelier 17. The print is based on a series of the artist's fantastic drawings and is related to the Florentine cassone panles of medieval battle scenes. Signed and numbered by the artist in pencil. Edition of 50.
