Master of Forensic Science in Crime Scene Investigation

The Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) concentration is designed to respond to the many Investigators/Detectives/Special Agents/Medicolegal Death Investigators and Crime Scene Technicians going through our program. This discipline is also for those considering investigations or crime scene processing as careers. Many students feel field work is a better fit for them than working in crime labs as examiners or analysts. Our CSI concentration recognizes that as the proficiency of those collecting evidence at crime scenes improves, all of the forensic sciences benefit. Lawyers wishing to specialize in the field of forensic evidence, and students enroute to becoming forensic pathologists have also chosen our CSI concentration.
