"Adobe Acrobat Software": In the majority of our courses, some or all assignments must be submitted in Acrobat PDF format. This means that you must be able to create--not just read--PDF documents. In the past, this capability was only available through Adobe Acrobat Exchange, but some of the other high-end Adobe products now come with this capability. Note that the free Acrobat Reader is not sufficient. Unless otherwise specified by your instructor, written assignments are to be submitted as PDF documents. Other software may be required by the Instructor of Record for a specific course." Contact etladmin@gwu.edu for instructions on how to receive a student discount of software orders.
