What GSCD can do for you
Career Coaching
GSCD career coaches
are available to assist you with specific questions via one-on-one sessions
in person, by phone, or by email no matter where you are in the world. During
these sessions, you may discuss job search strategies, arrange a mock interview,
have your resume or cover letter critiqued, discuss salary negotiations,
or get a different perspective on your job search.�� To make an appointment,

Job Postings
We have job postings for
people with all levels of work experience. To access Elliott
School Career Connection (ESCC), you will need a username and
password for the system. Please contact GSCD at escareer@gwu.edu or

The Alumni Career Network
This is our
online directory of graduate alumni who have volunteered to serve as career
mentors to Elliott School graduate students and graduate alumni. This directory
is an excellent resource of contacts for networking and informational interviews.

Career Resource Room and Online Career Resources
The
GSCD Resource Room, which is located at 1957 E Street, NW, suite 603, in
Washington, has books, resource guides, and other information relevant to
the job search in international Affairs. Access our online resources through Elliott
School Career Connection (ESCC). You can view sample resumes and cover
letters and other fact sheets in the documents section of ESCC. You can also
access many helpful websites by visiting our online Graduate
Resource Center.
