Major Fields: Regional Focus

Students should choose courses from more than one academic discipline to complete their major field and are encouraged to discuss these choices with the M.I.S. Program Director. Special Topics courses included on the lists may vary each semester.

Students pursuing a regional field should take PSc 230 or equivalent as listed for political science core requirements. In addition, courses in a regional field must be selected from at least two academic departments. There are also intra-regional distribution requirements for some fields.
