International Trade and Investment Policy
Study Abroad Opportunities
Students in the International Trade and Investment Policy M.A. program are encouraged to study abroad for a semester, summer, or for other short programs as an integral part of their degree.
ITIP students can earn up to 10 credits towards their M.A. degree while studying for a semester at at an Elliott School International Exchange Partners. Most programs have a full curriculum in English, with additional opportunities for language learning. The courses offered at institutions in Geneva, Maastricht, Sydney, Seoul, and Paris (French required) are especially complementary to the ITIP degree.
Students in ITIP should also consider GW Summer Abroad programs with appropriate themes. New programs are announced by GW each September. Students may participate in other accredited study abroad programs, with the permission of the Program Director.
