Cornerstone Course
The Cornerstone (IAff 311), taken at the beginning of the program, surveys current academic approaches and policy issues concerning Europe and Eurasia. It requires a major research paper and shorter policy memos. Guest speakers frequently include officials and experts from the U.S. government and foreign embassies.
