This open topic conference welcomes proposals from graduate students currently enrolled in the literature, MFA, and rhetoric programs within the Consortium of Universities of the Washington metropolitan area. In this fourth year of the conference, we would like to continue to foster scholarly relationships between graduate students in the Washington area and to provide a local forum for current academic projects. Accordingly, we invite papers that address any aspect of American, British, or Comparative Literature as well as Rhetoric/Composition Studies for 15-20 minute presentations at a one day conference to be held at George Washington University on April 2, 2005.
