| E&EM Student Coordinates EPA Newsletter E&EM doctoral student Stephen T. Fields has begun coordinating a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency newsletter on energy conservation and sustainable facilities. The newsletter, which is distributed to all EPA employees, showcases the use of sustainable and innovative "green" practices that EPA is undertaking at its facilities. Steve, who is an Industrial Engineer in the Architecture,
Engineering, and Asset Management Branch at EPA, is nearing completion
of his doctoral research on developing a model for EPA and others
to use in optimizing cleanup of underground storage tanks across the
