Faculty Profile

PhillipsRobert Phillips received his PhD from Columbia University in 1985 and joined the Department of Economics in that year. His research focuses on econometric methods. He has made contributions to forecasting, partially adaptive estimation theory, computational methods, and the estimation of mixtures and switching regressions. More recently, his research has focused on new panel data estimators and their applications.
