Faculty Profile
Dr. McCoskey joined the faculty at the The George Washington University in the Fall of 2007. From August 1997-May 2005 she was a member of the Economics Department faculty at the US Naval Academy, first as Assistant and then Associate Professor. In 2000, she went to the University of Pretoria as a Fulbright Scholar and taught in their PhD and Master's programs in econometrics. She also served as an International Economist (Instructor) at the Foreign Service Institute (US State Department) from May 2005 – May 2007. Dr. McCoskey is an Oberlin graduate and spent two years, 1990-1992, teaching English at Yunnan University in the People's Republic of China. Her current research interest is in modeling post-conflict foreign investment in Liberia.
