Johns Hopkins Physician, Dr. Sean M. Berenholtz, to Present Fourth Annual Seymour Alpert, MD, Lecture on April 15
Sean M. Berenholtz, MD, MHS, FCCM, assistant professor, Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, will present the Fourth Annual Seymour Alpert, MD lecture titled, “Quality and Safety in Healthcare Delivery.”
The lecture is at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April, 15, in The George Washington University Hospital Auditorium, Lower Level 1, located at 900 23rd Street, NW, Washington, DC.
The annual lecture is made possible through a generous gift from Dr. Seymour Alpert and his late wife, Cecile. Dr. Alpert has made an indelible mark on the GW Medical Center throughout his 35 years of service as a physician, professor and an executive. Each year the GW Medical Center and the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine host a guest lecture focusing on the topic of anesthesiology. The lecture is open to medical students, faculty and friends.
“We are pleased to host Dr. Berenholtz and look forward to his insight into the healthcare delivery system and how his experiences have broadened his medical expertise,” said Michael J. Berrigan, MD, PhD, chair of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.
Following the lecture, there will be a reception in The George Washington University Hospital in the Allan B. Weingold Executive Conference Center on the sixth floor.
