REGULATORY COMPLIANCE HELP AND REFERRAL LINE
The program encourages faculty, staff and students to report suspected
noncompliance, fraud, waste, abuse and unethical or illegal activities
using a toll free Regulatory Compliance Help and Referral Line (1-888-508-5275).
Callers can stay anonymous without fear of retaliation. The Universitys
Compliance and Privacy Office will ensure that allegations are thoroughly investigated
and that appropriate corrective actions are taken, if needed.
A brochure that explains the operations of the Regulatory Compliance
Help and Referral Line has been distributed to employees.
CENTRALIZED UNIVERSITY POLICIES
The Compliance and Privacy Office will facilitate the collection and distribution
of regulatory information. The universitys centralized policy
distribution software will be used to make sure that all regulatory
