ROBERT ROSENBERG, MD, MPH
Dr. Robert Rosenberg is a senior physician administrator with over 25 years in managed care focusing on systems development, quality improvement, clinical practice, and physician management. His has shifted his career focus to international health care with an emphasis on health system reform program management and consultation, health systems, and health policy.
Dr. Rosenberg is an advisor to the health systems strengthening and development programs of US AID in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. As advisor he helps develop programs that conduct evaluations on how aid is used, as well as, being the regional HIV/AIDS advisor.
Dr. Rosenberg was the President of partners in Healthcare, INC, a not-for-profit organization focusing on providing international knowledge transfer in the health care sector through post-graduate medical education to international healthcare institutions through a web-based portal. He is currently an independent consultant for Rouleau and Associates, HIPPA Consulting Consortium. His international activities include sector analysis, institutional strategic planning, clinical program development focusing on managed care and hospital management, and educational training programs for clinicians and administrators. His most recent consultations have taken place in Chile and Central America.
