EMILY PECA, MA, MPH
Emily Peca has experience working with various NGOs on issues such as child labor and education, sustainable agricultural development, and maternal and child health. Throughout her graduate program Peca worked for the International Center on Child Labor and Education, Strategies for International Development, Women’s Edge Coalition and the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood. She spent six months volunteering in Peru where she worked with the elderly and taught English classes in the public school system. Peca also spent three months working with the Ministry of Health and conducting qualitative research on family planning in Chimaltenango, Guatemala for her MPH Special Project. She has a Masters degree in International Affairs and an MPH in Global Health from The George Washington University.
