One of the joys of working at the Institute for Communitarian Policy Studies is that we have a small community of research assistants, staff, and interns who participate actively in the formulation and dissemination of ideas. Before there was an institute, others worked with me in similar ways. I am much indebted to them all for their dedicated work, stimulating challenges, good spirit, and above all contributions to the common good. I am also happy to note that many of the "graduates" of the projects we advanced together moved on and already have made major contributions of their own. I do believe that working together on our projects helped them some in their new lives and duties. This is to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
