City View room of 1957 E Street, 7th FloorThe City View, on the 7th floor of 1957 E Street, is a good-sized banquet/theater space that seats 80-100 that, as you might have guessed, offers rather impressive views of the Washington monument and other parts of the city.

It will serve as the site of the opening presenter/moderator orientation session and reception at 9:35 on Wednesday, April 26 and will host presentations for most of Wednesday.

It comes equipped with a laptop/projector set-up, but no DVD/CD player (other than the laptop).


State Room

The State Room in 1957 E Street, 7th FloorThe State Room, like the City View on the 7th floor of 1957 E Street, is a fixed-seat presentation space that seats 50-70, complete with a microphone at every seat and four UN-style translation booths in the back.

It will be used for presentations throughout the Symposium.

It comes fully equipped with a laptop/projector set-up and a DVD/CD player.


1957 Lobby

7th Floor lobby of 1957 EThe 7th Floor lobby of 1957 E, between the City View and State Room, will house the information table on the Foggy Bottom campus, and it will serve as an informal meeting and discussion space and "green room" for Symposium participants.

The lobby will also host poster presentation sessions, and posters will be on display here throughout the event.


Mitchell Hall Theater

Mitchell Hall, home of the Mitchell Hall TheaterMitchell Hall Theater, in Mitchell Hall, is located at 514 19th Street, just north of 1957 E Street.

The Theater seats 50-80 and it will be used for presentations on Wednesday and Friday of the Symposium.

It comes fully equipped with a laptop/projector set-up and a DVD/CD player.
