  MGT 235 - Technological Entrepreneurship

Description
Theory, history, and practice of technological entrepreneurship and technology management and commercialization. Essentials of planning a new business venture, sources of financing (venture capital, angels, SBA/SBIR, NIST ATP, etc.), evaluation of alternative new business ventures, and analysis of business functions needed to get started. Study of strategic alliances, business incubators, international entrepreneurship, intra-preneurs, "net-preneurs," and electronic commerce ventures.
