Where to get functional help

Intradepartmental Help
Your most valuable resources are the users within your department. They know University policy and procedure best, and chances are, they may have had the same problem you are having.

Online Help and Documentation
One of the quickest ways to receive help while using Banner is by using Online Help. Click the Online Help toolbar button to receive detailed information about the field and form you are in.

Electronic documentation is also available. To access electronic help documentation from within Banner, click Help > SCT Banner Bookshelf.

For further functional assistance, please call the ISS HelpDesk on 4-5530, option #2.

Where to get network and connectivity help

JInitiator issues, printing problems, and connectivity issues should be directed to the HelpDesk on 4-5530, option 2.
