2. I am a faculty member who is having trouble logging
in to the GWeb Information System. Who do I contact?
Go to the GWeb Information System log in page and click the "Don't
Know Your PIN?" link. Follow the instructions carefully. There
are two ways to retrieve your PIN without having to pick up the telephone.
Note: To avoid this problem in the future, set up a security question
and answer that you can easily remember. The answer is case-sensitive.
Don't get in the trap of forgetting your PIN at a crucial moment (e.g.,
during registration or grade entry time). Log in to the GWeb Information
System periodically. This will help you remember your PIN and prevent
your account from being locked. [top]
3. I am a faculty member who, after logging in to the
GWeb Information System, cannot see my class sections. What does this
mean?
This generally means that you have not been assigned as the instructor
for this (those) section(s). Contact your department administrative
assistant, who can either fix this problem or can contact your school's
Dean's Office to have the problem fixed. [top]

documentation?
