Jordan Potash served as an art therapist working with clients of all ages in a range of settings that include therapeutic art classrooms, community mental health clinics, and expressive art studios. In the art therapy program at The George Washington University, Jordan has taught "Principles and Practices of Art Therapy with Adolescents," "Social and Cultural Diversity," and "Human Development and Art Therapy." He was the 2003-2005 chair of the Multicultural Committee of the American Art Therapy Association. He serves on the Advanced Practice Committee for Multicultural Education researching the multicultural history of art therapy in the United States.
