The George Washington University Art Therapy Program has a strong foundation of faculty. All of our faculty are registered and board certified art therapists who continue to work in the art therapy field. Many have been influential in the National Art Therapy Association, holding positions of President, Editor of the Art Therapy Journal, Chairs of various committees, and Board Members. All of our faculty have presented and/or published nationally, some internationally, and every one of our faculty is dedicated to our Program and to supporting our students in becoming the best art therapists they could possibly become.

Currently we have two full-time faculty positions, one part-time position and approximately 10-15 adjunct faculty each semester. By 2009, we expect to have 5 full-time faculty positions.
