John O'Keefe John
O'Keefe is a fifth-year PhD student in American Studies. He is continuing
to work on his dissertation, which will focus on immigrants' political
and cultural assimilation from 1783-1820, especially French immigrants
at the time of the Alien and Sedition Acts, British subjects during the
War of 1812, and early free non-European migrants to the United States. |
