The planning committee of the 2008 Service Excellence Celebration is pleased to welcome alumni nominations for the inaugural Alumni Choice Service Excellence Award.

Nominations are being accepted through early September for this year’s seven service excellence awards and for the first time we are excited to invite alumni to submit nominations to recognize a staff or faculty member who has exemplified exceptional service to GW alumni over the past academic year.

Nominations are welcome through early September and awardees will be announced as part of the 2008 Service Excellence Celebration taking place October 27-November 7, 2008.

The Service Excellence Celebration is an annual series of activities and events designed to foster the spirit of world class service across the institution by: appreciating exceptional service provided throughout the university; recognizing individual and team initiatives that have contributed meaningfully to service excellence; and providing training and knowledge sharing opportunities that help reaffirm GW’s commitment to service excellence. This year marks the 7th annual celebration of service at The George Washington University.
