Attention members of the classes of 2003, 1998, 1988, 1983, 1960-69, and 1958 and earlier!  Please mark your calendars for your class reunions to take place during Alumni Weekend, September 25–28, 2008.  As always, all alumni and friends are welcome!

Additionally, each school, including Mount Vernon, will plan special events for their alumni.

NEW WEEKEND EVENTS
Some great events have been added to the schedule:

• Peter Yarrow Performance: Listen to Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul and Mary perform hits such as “Blowin’ in the Wind,” “Leaving on a Jet Plane,” and “Puff the Magic Dragon” as he reminisces about the social, cultural, and political force that folk music became in the ’60s.

• The Kalb Report: Join legendary CBS News Correspondent and former moderator of Meet The Press Marvin Kalb for a special edition of GW's highly acclaimed Kalb Report series at the National Press Club! This nationally broadcast forum will focus on sports journalism and will feature top guests.

• Other events: The Distinguished Alumni Achievement Awards, the F Street Soiree for young alumni, the 150th anniversary of Greek life on campus celebration, tours of campus and DC, a family barbeque and carnival, Classes without Quizzes, "Back to Thurston" tours, Politics and Pita, an Orioles game, wine tasting, “The Sunday Morning Show” political brunch and panel, reunion class celebrations, and more!
