CHICAGO RIVER DAY – THIS SATURDAY!
On Saturday, May 10, the Friends of the Chicago River will be holding its 16th annual Chicago River Day. This is a very successful event in which nearly 4,000 volunteers help restore and maintain the health of the Chicago River. The GW Chicago Alumni Chapter will be assisting in this cleanup effort and we hope that you will join us.

We have chosen Indian Roads Woods as the site for our involvement. It is a forest preserve on the North branch of the river very close to the northern junction of highways 90 and 94. Indian Roads Woods is located between Devon and Bryn Mawr.
