SCOTCH TASTING WITH GW ALUMNI – TONIGHT!
Join fellow GW alumni for an extraordinary Single Malt Scotch Whisky tasting. We will be joined by Glenfiddich ambassadors who will teach us about the making of Scotch, including how it’s impacted by the region where it’s produced. We will taste five variants from the Glenfiddich range, including Glenfiddich 30-year old, and have the opportunity to taste new make spirit straight from the Glenfiddich stills!

ATLANTIC-10 TOURNAMENT IN ATLANTIC CITY – SAVE THE DATE!GW men's basketball returns to Atlantic City for the 2008 A-10 Conference Championship March 12-15! Join fellow GW alumni and Colonials fans to cheer on your A-10 defending champs! Single-game tickets are currently on sale, and more information is available on the A-10 Championship website. The GW Alumni Association will be hosting pre-game tailgate parties before each of the GW games at Game On. ART GALLERIES OF NEWBURY STREET – A WALKING TOUR FOR GW ALUMNIJoin fellow GW alumni for an afternoon of art, as we tour four galleries along Newbury Street. GW alumnus Marylou Clark CCAS MA '67, will lead the group from gallery to gallery and answer questions along the way. Clark is adjunct professor of art at Quincy College and studied French literature and language at GW as well as painting at the Museum of Fine Arts. We will visit Gallery Naga, Axelle Fine Arts, Copley Society, and The Guild of Boston Artists, and a representative from each gallery will guide us through an explanation of their current exhibit, with details on the artists.
