GW: A Lifelong and Worldwide Community day is part of a weeklong event culminating with the Inauguration of Dr. Steven Knapp as the 16th President of The George Washington University on Friday, November 16. Thursday, November 15, will highlight the achievements of prominent alumni and the bonds forged between alumni, students, faculty, and staff. The day will introduce President Knapp and other members of the GW community to accomplished alumni and showcase the breadth and possibilities of the student-alumni network.
Throughout the day, alumni will have the opportunity to engage in a broad range of inspiring activities, including a breakfast with President Knapp, a series of academic panels featuring high-profile alumni, and lunch for students and alumni modeled after the popular “Dinner with Alumni” series hosted by the GW Alumni Association.
