In July, USA Today featured an article about Eric Cline, chair of GW’s department of classical and Semitic languages and literatures and associate professor of classics and of anthropology. The article discussed Cline’s latest book, From Eden to Exile: Unraveling Mysteries of the Bible, which examines how archaeology can reveal the facts behind biblical tales.
