GW PRODUCES FIFTH HIGHEST NUMBER OF PEACE CORPS MEMBERS

Every year, thousands of college graduates travel across the globe as Peace Corps volunteers to assist those they have never met – and GW graduates are among the highest percentage of those entering into service. The George Washington University has been recognized as the fifth-highest producer of Peace Corps members among medium-sized schools in the United States, with 49 alumni serving now, and 831 alumni having served since the Peace Corps’ inception.
