LECTURE ON NATIONAL SECURITY POLICY
Join fellow alumni as Chuck Cushman, associate professor at the Graduate
School of Political Management, presents Congress and National Security
Policy: Iraq, Katrina, and the Future. Cushman will explore Congress’s
role in setting national security policy. He will also discuss the historical
reasons for the separation of congressional and executive powers, as
well as the policy’s impact on recent events and current challenges.
