you work monday to friday , about 30 hours a week 9-5 ish, so on a saturday or sunday you're volunteering for a local charity, working with small kids perhaps or work old people

your working a few nights, and saturdays and sundays (this is just for one traineeship, but they have over 20TNs available), so you'd be volunteering for example every Monday - shadowing someone whose going out to work with migrant children

partnering with GBC (a global NGO), between 20 and 30 of the trainees will spend one day being trained up on hiv/aids in china (this is before their traineeship starts, or within the first few weeks), then for 2 full days of their traineeship they'll be running sessions in universities, running peer-to-peer hiv/aids awareness activities, plus also running the hiv.aids sessions at our national conference
