AIESEC is the world’s largest student-based organization, spanning over
95 countries and 800 universities. AIESEC partners with over 3,500 companies
to facilitate an international work-exchange program, providing members international
and working experience.
Members involved in AIESEC become more globally-minded individuals who demonstrate
an awareness of world events, cultural diversity, work experience and leadership.
In developing these skills, members gain a global perspective that is applied
to encourage international understanding and cooperation.

Traineeships range from 3 to 18 months. Most placements are paid and/or cover basic living expenses and housing.
