Another important part of the fraternity structure is the executive board, also known as the e-board. At Kappa Deuteron, there are nine positions up for grabs when elections for positions come around. The following is a list and explanation of the positions:
Brother Master: The President , is the head of the fraternity, making most key decisions and dealing with all relations pertaining to the school and national chapter.
Lieutenant Master: The Vice President, is the head of the minor e-board, which includes philanthropy, sports, etc.
Scribe: The secretary of the fraternity, in charge of making sure all minutes are recorded and information is made available to the brotherhood.
Exchequer: The treasurer of the fraternity. Responsible for collecting dues and providing a budget for the fraternity.
Pledge Master: In charge of running the pledge program in relation to the pledges. Deals with the pledges on a more personal basis and is the "brother liaison" for the pledges.
2nd Semester Pledge Master: Same as the first, but generally, when a second semester class is taken, it tends to be much smaller.
Rush Chair: In charge of organizing all rush events held during rush week, the Rush Chair plays an important part in the bid process.
Social Chair: In charge of organizing all social events, mixers, etc., within the fraternity. Also has better knowledge of the fraternity's Risk Management Policy.
