Being that this event is held in the Smith Center, all entrants are required to sign a liability waiver, available below.
There are two locations in which you can return the applications:
Applications, Waivers, AND Money can be dropped off at:
Marvin Center Post Office Box #344
(If you drop off in the box, please place application and money in a
sealed envelope)
Applications and Waivers only (money may not be dropped off here):
Recreational Sports & Fitness Services in the Smith Center
If you are dropping applications at either of these two locations,
arrangements will be made to pay the entry fee at a later date
