State Director Rob Becker
(announced April 17, 2007)  Becker has spent over 15 years in Democratic politics throughout the United States as a campaign manager and senior strategist working for presidential, gubernatorial, mayoral, congressional and Senate candidates.  In 2006 he managed Phyllis Busansky's campaign in Florida's 9th CD.  In Fall 2004 he was field director for America Coming Together (ACT) in Florida.  He ran Polk County for Sen. Bill Bradley’s Iowa caucus campaign in 1999-2000.
Deputy State Director Jim Farrell
Executive director of the Montana Democratic Party from Sept. 2005 to Oct. 1, 2007.  Communications director for the late U.S. Sen. Paul Wellstone (D-MN) from Nov. 1998-2002.  Communications director on Bill Bradley's Iowa caucus campaign, 1999-2000.  Prior to joining Wellstone, Farrell worked on international and governmental affairs at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).  Served in the press office of Veterans Affairs Secretary Jesse Brown.  Worked on the Clinton '92 and '96 campaigns.  B.A. and M.A. in political science from the University of Delaware.  Originally from Wilmington, DE.
Political Director Dave Rogers
Prior to joining the campaign Rogers was a field organizer for Iowans for Sensible Priorities (Des Moines Metro area, Sioux City Metro area, and Western Iowa).  ran two Congressional campaigns in Western Iowa.  Worked on Dennis Kucinich's 2004 Iowa caucus campaign; started June 1, 2003 as special projects coordinator, then Iowa administrative director.  Rogers and his wife started a salon and day spa in Des Moines.  Previously he worked as a film and video maker in Minnesota and Iowa.
Deputy Political Director for Eastern Iowa T.K. Anderson
Anderson has served as president of the Davenport, Iowa NAACP for two terms and previously as its political action chair.  He served two terms on the Davenport Civil Rights Commission, has been a candidate for the Scott County Board of Supervisors, and has worked with the Harkin, Vilsack and Culver campaigns.  He is a Vietnam Veteran and an experienced community and grassroots organizer.

(reported by Iowa Progress on Feb. 15, 2007)  Deputy field director for the Iowa Democratic Party under Jesse Harris during 2006; field director for the Iowa Democratic Party in 2005; regional field director on Iowa Democrats' 2004 Coordinated Campaign based in Waterloo.   Worked for AFSCME organizing caucus supporters for Dean.  Waterloo field staffer on Sen. Bob Graham’s 2004 caucus campaign; ended Oct. 2003.  Graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.

Caucus Director Shari Fitzgerald
" a seasoned Iowa political operative who has been involved in every caucus since 1972." "Most recently worked for a nationally-respected Democratic direct mail firm.  In 2004, she worked in the South Carolina press operation of Gen. Wes Clark's presidential campaign, as well as on numerous campaigns in Texas."

Communications Director Tom Reynolds
(announced April 17, 2007; announced as national press secretary on Aug. 30, 2007)  Reynolds came to the campaign after serving as press secretary to Sen.Tom Harkin (D-IA).  Previously he worked as the communications director for Rep. Jane Harman (D-CA).  Earlier, according to the Hill, he worked for a public-affairs firm in Southern California.  Reynolds earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University, and he has completed most of the work towards Master’s degree in political management from The George Washington University.
David Negrete
A former police officer, Negrete's political experience includes work on Councilman Alex Padilla's successful campaign for State Senate and the California Democratic Party in Los Angeles County in 2006, and work for the non-profit Moving America Forward Foundation founded by Gov. Richardson in 2004.
