State director on McCain's NH primary campaign (succeeded Jim Martin, the campaign's first NH campaign manager, after Martin was dismissed in May 2007).  Barnett earlier served as the campaign's New England Regional Director.  Chairman of the Vermont Republican Party, elected May 2003, served through late Nov. 2006.  Deputy campaign manager on Jim Douglas' successful 2002 campaign for governor of Vermont, then worked on Gov. Communications director on Rudy Giuliani's NH primary campaign.  Press secretary to U.S. Sen. John Sununu starting 2005; he joined Sununu’s staff in 2003.  Worked for U.S. Rep. Charlie Bass in Washington, DC and as a field representative on Bass’s successful 2002 reelection. Grappone was a reporter for the Concord Monitor.  He also has experience working as a field manager for the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and on President George W. Bush’s 2000 primary campaign in New Hampshire.  Graduate of Georgetown University.  Native of New Hampshire.

Coalitions/operations director on McCain's NH primary campaign before the July 2007 restructuring.  In 2006 Goulette and former Congressman and State Supreme Court Justice Chuck Douglas formed the Property Protection Alliance of New Hampshire, a political committee.  72-Hour director on the New Hampshire Republican State Committee's Victory '04 program.  Worked as litigation support director for Chuck Douglas’ law firm in Concord, NH.  In 2002 he worked as a field operative on former U.S. Sen. Gordon Humphrey’s campaign for governor and for the New Hampshire Republican State Committee’s Victory operation.  B.A. in political science from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, 2002.  New Hampshire native; graduate of Berlin High School.

(announced June 24, 2008) Came to Victory from his position as political director on the John Kennedy for U.S. Senate campaign in Louisiana.  Campaign manager for Mike Strain for Commissioner of Agriculture in Louisiana.  72-Hour director for the Republican Party of Arkansas.  Worked in the Office of Public Liaison for the 55th Presidential Inaugural Committee, and as absentee-early vote director for the RNC’s Florida Victory 2004 efforts.  Bachelor's degree in philosophy from St. Joseph Seminary College in Covington, LA, May 2004.
