(May 2007)  Jorge was previously organizing director of the Missouri Progressive Vote Coalition, a project of USAction, for three years; during that time she managed state
legislative candidate campaigns and state and national issue campaigns including Missourians United to Protect Social Security and First Things First, a statewide healthcare campaign.  Before that she was an organizer for AFSCME for over nine years.

Joined staff May 2007.  State representative candidate in 2004 and 2006.  Active in local politics, serving on Town of Merrimack Ethics Committee, 2006 - present, and Merrimack School District Budget Committee, 2007.  Currently town chair for Merrimack Democrats, and Hillsborough County town delegate to NHDP.  B.A. in journalism from Keene State in 2004.

Joined staff August 2006.  Retired state employee (NH Office of Information Technology).  Formerly on the Board of Directors for SEA Local 1984; also served as steward councilor.  Political organizer with SEIU Heroes program, July-Nov. 2004.
Volunteer Coordinator/Regional Organizer (Capitol area) Tammy Clark
Joined staff December 2006.  Served in human services for over 20 years, and worked as adjudicator for New Hampshire for five years.  Currently on the Board of Directors for SEA Local 1984, after serving various terms as a shop steward and chapter president.  Graduate of Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH with degree in psychology.
Communications Director Zandra Rice Hawkins
Joined staff in August 2007.  Previously worked as a national organizer for Corporate Accountability International, fighting water privatization.  In the 2004 cycle Hawkins served as deputy communications director in Maine for America Coming Together, and earlier as operations director for ACT - New Hampshire.  B.B.A. from Gonzaga University.

Previously state field coordinator on the Justice at Stake campaign.  Field director on the Steve Filson for Congress 2006 primary campaign in California's 11th CD (Pombo).  Field director on the Nancy Thompson for Congress campaign in Nebraska in 2004 and earlier was a field organizer on the Edwards for President Iowa caucus campaign.  She also has experience on Al Gore's 2000 presidential campaign and Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign.  M.P.A. from New York University with a specialization in public and nonprofit management and policy, 2002.
