Mike Huckabee (R-AR) spoke at the 2005 World Food Prize International Symposium on Nutrition at the Marriott Hotel in Des Moines.  Having battled obesity himself, Huckabee was able to address the theme of this year's symposium, "The Dual Global Challenges of Malnutrition and Obesity," from personal experience.
